Before you register
- Decide whether you will attend as a presenting author, invited participant, student or other delegate. The published registration categories will explain eligibility and supporting documents.
- Use the same name and email address for registration and abstract submission so that your records can be matched.
- If you are an author, retain your submission reference and acceptance message. Abstract submission does not constitute registration.
- Check institutional approval, travel documentation and accommodation arrangements before committing to travel.
Payment and confirmation
The official registration service will specify accepted payment methods, currency, tax treatment and receipt or invoice arrangements. Submit payment only through a channel identified on this CCA 2027 website. A confirmation message from the registration service should be retained as your record.
Changes and cancellations
Refund deadlines, substitution rules, cancellation charges and any student verification requirements will be published before payment opens. The applicable terms will be available alongside the registration form for review before you complete your booking.
