Choose accommodation that suits your travel plans for CCA 2027, April 19–22, in Seoul. The conference venue is Seoul Olympic Parktel, which also offers guest accommodation.
Staying at the venue
Consult the official Seoul Olympic Parktel website for room types, availability and booking conditions. The hotel's published booking information should be checked for your actual arrival and departure dates.
Conference accommodation arrangements
CCA 2027 room blocks, preferential rates and booking deadlines have not yet been announced. A conference registration does not automatically reserve a guest room. Do not assume that a public hotel offer is a CCA conference rate.
Before confirming a reservation
- Check the total price, taxes, breakfast inclusion and payment terms.
- Confirm the bed configuration, number of occupants and any accessibility requirements.
- Read the cancellation and no-show conditions, particularly if your travel approval is pending.
- Confirm check-in arrangements if you expect to arrive late.
- Keep the reservation confirmation and the hotel's contact details with your travel documents.
