Prepare your presentation around a clear technical question, the evidence that addresses it and the implications for coated-conductor research or applications.
Oral presentations
Begin with the problem and the operating conditions relevant to the work. Explain the method before presenting the main results, and distinguish demonstrated performance from expected outcomes. Use readable figures, label axes and units, and define specialized abbreviations for participants from other disciplines.
Allow time for conclusions and discussion within the assigned slot. The final program will state presentation lengths and the time available for questions. File formats, slide-delivery arrangements, room equipment and speaker-check procedures will be announced before the meeting.
Poster presentations
Build a reading path from the objective through the method and results to the conclusion. Use figures that can be understood without a lengthy explanation and identify the presenting author clearly. Include enough experimental or modeling context for another researcher to assess the result.
Poster dimensions, orientation, mounting instructions and display times are not yet confirmed. Please wait for the CCA 2027 specifications before preparing the final print file. Requirements from previous workshops may differ from the equipment used in Seoul.
Before the meeting
- Check the assigned presentation format, title, author information and session details.
- Rehearse the explanation and prepare to discuss limitations as well as achievements.
- Review all graphics and third-party material for appropriate acknowledgment.
- Keep a backup copy of the final presentation material.
Consult the Program at a Glance for scheduling and the Floor Plan for confirmed room locations.
