- If travelling under a visa-free arrangement, check whether you need authorization through the official K-ETA website.
- Review the official e-Arrival Card website for any arrival declaration applicable to your visit.
- Confirm your individual requirements with the Korean embassy or consulate responsible for your application when needed.
Travelling in April 2027
Do not assume that an exemption announced for an earlier year applies to CCA 2027. Check the current official notices again before departure. A conference registration or invitation document does not itself replace an entry permission.

The procedure for requesting CCA 2027 supporting documents will be provided through Contact Us. Do not send passport copies or other sensitive documents to an unverified address. Any supporting letter is subject to the conference's published request procedure and does not guarantee a visa decision.
Allow sufficient time for official processing, and confirm passport validity and supporting-document requirements with the relevant authority.
