Exhibition planning
Exhibition participation arrangements are under preparation. Booth availability, fees, dimensions, installation dates and included services have not yet been announced.
Relevant technologies
The proposed exhibition scope includes REBCO coated conductors and related materials; deposition and processing equipment; conductor characterization and quality assurance; joining, cabling and coil technologies; cryogenic systems; and equipment supporting superconducting applications. Organizations can prepare a concise explanation of how their technology serves researchers, manufacturers or application engineers.
Information to prepare
- Organization name, website and the contact responsible for exhibition logistics.
- A short product or technology description suitable for the public exhibitor directory.
- Approximate display footprint, staffing needs and any power, network or equipment requirements.
- Dimensions, weight and handling needs of proposed demonstration items.
Demonstrations and deliveries
Delivery addresses, loading access, set-up times and event-specific operating rules will be issued after the exhibition layout is agreed with the venue. Do not ship equipment or arrange an operating demonstration before receiving the applicable instructions. Any cryogenic, electrical or other specialist equipment must be discussed with the organizer and venue in advance.
