Welcome to CCA 2027 in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
An invitation to the coated-conductor community
We invite colleagues from universities, laboratories and industry to join us at Seoul Olympic Parktel on April 19–22, 2027. The meeting offers an opportunity to share research, compare engineering experience and discuss how coated conductors can meet the needs of emerging and established applications.
Progress in this field depends on close conversation between those who develop superconducting materials and those who build working systems. A change in conductor architecture can affect a winding process, a measurement result can inform a design margin, and experience from device operation can reveal the next materials challenge. CCA 2027 will place these connections at the center of its scientific exchange.
We encourage contributions that explain both what has been achieved and what remains difficult. Reproducibility, operating conditions, uncertainty and practical constraints make results more useful to the wider community. Sharing these details can help researchers ask better questions and engineers assess new approaches with greater confidence.
