CCA is an international workshop series focused on coated conductors and their applications.
A continuing scientific conversation
The series began in Göttingen, Germany, in 2000. Meetings in different regions have provided opportunities to compare conductor development with the needs of working devices. Korea previously hosted CCA on Jeju Island in 2007 and 2014. IEEE Council on Superconductivity: CCA history.

CCA 2023 in Houston
CCA 2023 took place on April 3–6 at Hilton University of Houston. Its program connected conductor production and materials research with measurement, fusion, magnetic devices and power applications. Plenary talks, technical discussions and posters supported exchange between researchers and industry. The 2023 welcome message also records the virtual 2021 meeting.
The official CCA 2023 website preserves the program and abstracts. It is a historical resource; its registration, submission and travel information apply to the 2023 event.
Seoul 2027
CCA 2027 continues this conversation at Seoul Olympic Parktel. See Conference Information for the current event details.
